We offer your choice of personalized or online home valuations

• If you choose a personalized valuation, you will be asked to enter your name, email address and phone number. I will call you to personally introduce myself, cover a list of specific questions about your home then schedule a time to meet and personally tour your home. A Personalized Valuation allows us to determine a very specific price range, reflective of your home’s current market position.

• If you choose an online valuation, you will be asked to complete a detailed questionnaire about your home. I will use that information to create a home value report which I will send to your email address within 2 business days.
